Yes. A GEG Leader can serve as an Ed Leadership Program (ELP) Facilitator provided they meet the standard ELP leadership profile: they must be a current senior or "C-level" decision-maker (such as a superintendent, principal, or CIO) at an educational institution that actively uses Google Workspace.
ELP Circle Meetings are peer-led collaborative sessions designed to help education executives solve leadership challenges. During these meetings, certified Facilitators use a quarterly Google Content Guide to lead the group through:
- Product updates: A briefing on the latest Google for Education tool releases and feature rollouts for that quarter.
- Strategic discussion: Facilitator-led prompts to help the group identify and align on shared areas of focus.
- Peer collaboration: Open workshops where leaders work together to tackle institutional challenges and share administrative strategies.
- Google support ecosystem: Direct access to Google-backed research, case studies, and deployment best practices to help guide decision-making.
